A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Sales Manager working within the Capital Equipment marketplace to join a leading manufacturer of sewer cleaning equipment based in Coalville near Leicester.

Recognised for their craftsmanship and high-quality work since 1915, they have manufactured over 2,200 such vehicles in recent years which can be found working from the extreme cold of Siberia to the heat of deserts. Using the most advanced technological components available, they are committed to technology and innovation to ensure that customers' needs come first.

They are keen to invest in a new Sales & Business Development Manager to help support their mission to develop, manufacture and sell the world's best sewer cleaning tankers. In this role, you will:

• Make a significant contribution to furthering the company's full potential in the UK
• Create, agree, implement and execute sales strategies that prioritise and maximise the available market opportunities
• Drive significant increases in sales revenue and penetration of existing markets in the UK
• Manage, inspire and motivate a winning sales and training team

About you:

• Proven experience and success of selling within the sewer cleaning industry / capital equipment sector
• Experience and understanding of both rental and lease contracts within the sewer cleaning industry and/or capital equipment sales
• Experience of managing and mentoring successful sales teams
• Organised and structured approach to sales planning and revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills

Excellent benefits package: GBP45k - GBP55k per annum basic + generous bonus + pension scheme + quality company car
