Your new role

Your new role as Continuous Improvement Technician will see you work as a member of the team to help achieve objectives and targets by utilising CI techniques to improve the businesses current processes. You will be tasked with highlighting areas where automation of processes could improve operations in terms of efficiency and quality. You will also be spearheading the planning and delivery of planned and reactive works. Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Apply Continuous Improvement technique to the automation of production
• Management of planned and reactive work
• Presenting findings to senior management
• H&S risk assessments

What you'll need to succeed

To be chosen for the role you will need a work history of Continuous Improvement; particularly in the Automation of the manufacturing process. You will also need to be a strong communicator with strong analytical and planning ability.
