Buyer vacancy based in the Chester region. Paying competitive hourly rate.

Your new company
You will be working for a national Consumer Goods Packaging organisation, it is a modern, purpose-built, packaging manufacturing site where you will be assisting the existing buying team.

Your new role
In your new role you will play a vital part in checking stocks and creating purchase orders. As well as this you will also be responsible for checking prices. You will be doing this using the company MRP system. You will be lasing with the production team to ensure all stock levels are maintained. You will also work closely with the suppliers to ensure deliveries and queries are dealt with quickly.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be strong-minded with a can-do attitude and not be afraid to get stuck in. You will have a strong knowledge of using IT systems such as Word and Excel. Experience using MRP is desired but not compulsory.

You will receive a competitive salary of between GBP20,000 - GBP25,000, dependent on experience.
