Resource Consultant Excellent Basic Salary and Uncapped Bonus Scheme
Network EMEA (including Pertemps ERP) are based in brand new offices in Cardiff City Centre, just a 10 minute walk from the main train station.
Pertemps ERP is a highly successful recruitment business that place European based specialist IT candidates in to roles in Germany, Switzerland, Poland and many European countries. Due to continued growth, we have great opportunity to join the team and this exciting time of our growth! You will work alongside our successful experienced Recruitment Consultants and Senior Resources in helping them find candidates for roles in their key markets, mostly in Germany or Switzerland. You will therefore need a minimum of B1/B2 German language and we are very interested in talking with native/fluent German speakers.
If you do well in our Resource teams, there is always the option to move in to our Sales teams quickly, we have done this for people in the past who have can on to be great recruiters in their markets!
Our office is vibrant, and with a great mix of people and teams! Our teams work across Europe and speak 11 different languages between them, another of our teams focusses solely on the UK market, talking to IT and Technical candidates for a number of well known companies that trust Pertemps to bring them top quality staff.
