Our Exams Team is responsible for managing and organising both paper-based and online external College exams from registration and entry of candidates through to processing results and certificates, whilst adhering to JCQ regulations and those of up to 20 other awarding bodies.

We’re now looking to add to our bank of casual Examination Invigilators to manage the College’s examinations throughout the year, and in particular, in the Summer exam period of mid-May to the end of June.

Ensuring exam venues and room conditions are in accordance with awarding body regulations, you will manage the admission of candidates and open and distribute question papers.  Completing an attendance register and checking students’ IDs, you will maintain vigilance during the full length of the examination and ensure candidates have completed all necessary information on their scripts.

Experience in Examination Invigilation is not essential, however we do ask that you are punctual, have excellent communication skills, are able to work independently and responsibly and have meticulous attention to detail.

The position is based at Kingston College.

This position is for variable hours.
