Our client was recently awarded the social enterprise mark and offer impartial advice and guidance to help people fulfil their potential. From training opportunities to employment, education or volunteering work our client is able to help and support residents on their journey to achieve ambitions, secure work or learn new skills.

They are currently seeking an Assistant Change Coach to engage with disadvantaged participants with multiple barriers, assessing their needs and supporting with tailored packages, enabling participants to become socially included and enter job searching, training, education and/or employment. Your main responsibilities will be to make outbound calls to engage participants following referral to the project. Gather identification evidence and complete all necessary administration requirements in line with the contract. Undertake initial assessments, update records and book follow-up meetings. Procure targeted interventions from specialist providers using the Opportunities framework. Research specialist provision and inform of the supplier. Organise and undertake Positive People activities working collaboratively with and supporting the Change Coaches to meet the contract targets.

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously. It is essential to have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade 'C' or above or equivalent qualification or experience. You must be a skilled communicator who can work with customers both on a one to one basis and in a group setting and you'll have a "can do" attitude to problem solving.

This role will involve some travel so a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
