My client is offering an excellent opportunity for a forward thinking accountant in waiting to join their busy finance team based on the outskirts of Newport.
They offer fantastic benefits incuding parking, personal development, study support (time only) and progression. Starting salary offered GBP20,000 - GBP22,000

You will be responsible for the accounts up to trial balance:-
Matching and processing of sales and purchase invoices
Recording payments
Assisting with month end
Updating the purchase ledger
Inputting of data
Credit control
Processing receipts, sales invoices and statements
Bank reconcilliations
Expence analysis
Processing of monthly sales journals
Resolving any payment queries
The ideal person:-
All round experience in accounts
Hard working
Self motivated
Competent with microsoft excel
Has experience with SAP
Working towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA
Positive attitude
