JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Project Controller to provide an essential service to assist to smooth and efficient operation of all functions within the finance department.
Role profile:
- Ensuring strong financial control of projects this includes compliance and verifying data
- Ensuring all projects are set up correctly in the CRM system
- Processing all invoices
- Analysing the financial side of the projects
- Answering queries by internal staff or customers related to accounts, projects, services and procedures
- Ad hoc project work
Person profile:
- Confident and have good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
- Relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Essential criteria:
- Graduate
- Experience of working within a project and financial environment
Desired criteria:
- Experience of working with a CRM system
