JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to provide an essential service to assist to smooth and efficient operation of all functions with the commercial sales department.
Role profile:
- Contacting clients to renew contracts
- Completing quotations and putting together new SLAs
- Building strong client relationships
- Developing new business from clients who have failed to renew contracts
- Ensure timely completion of agreed daily work load in line with KPI’s
- Any other tasks required to ensure the contracts are maintained
- Ad hoc project work
Person profile:
- Confident and have good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
- Relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills
Essential criteria:
- Graduate
- Experience of working within a busy sales office environment
Desired criteria:
- Experience of working within the IT sector
