Apprentice - Business Administration (Level 2)

Salary: £166.49 per week

Hours: 37 hours per week (to include one day a week attending College during term time)

Contract: Fixed Term (1 year)

Location: City Centre, Exeter

We are currently looking to recruit an apprentice Business Administration Apprentice in the Faculty of Business & IT based in Central Exeter.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to broaden their experience in a dynamic and friendly work environment whilst also learning and gaining a qualification at the same time. We are keen to recruit an individual who has a genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for administration.

The role will give you the opportunity to develop your customer service and general administrative skills. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues each day.

Day to day tasks could include answering phones, dealing with queries, helping to prepare teaching resources, meeting and greeting visitors, helping to chase attendance, contacting parents, helping with finance and sickness recording. You will also be involved in a range of administrative tasks such as filing, dealing with the post, data entry, photocopying and scanning. You will gain experience of using Microsoft applications and general office administration.
