JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a customer service professional.
Role profile:
- Dealing with all customer queries
- Account management to help the managers develop sales
- Assist with all promotional activities for new products
- Processing orders and ensuring all quotations are monitored and reported
- Ensuring the optimum customer service level is always achieved
Person profile:
- Confident and self motivated
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Able to demonstrate logical thinking
Essential criteria:
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
- Previous experience of customer service
Desired criteria:
- Languages are useful particularly French Spanish or German
