JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Receptionist to provide essential secretarial and administrative services to assist to smooth and efficient operation of all functions with the office. 

Role profile:

  • Answering all calls on the switchboard
  • Receive all deliveries and visitors
  • Provide secretarial back up
  • Maintain all office stationery
  • Organising catering supplies
  • Booking hotels, negotiating rates, organising meetings, assisting in conference organisation
  • Managing all enquiries from the email in box
  • Any other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the department

    Person profile:

  • Confident and have good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
  • Excellent organisational skills

    Essential criteria:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
  • Experience of working within a busy reception area

    Desired criteria:

  • Own transport to get to the office.
