CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE (RECEPTIONIST) Part time
Knellwood is a long established and large care home for the elderly, situated in Farnborough, Hampshire. We are looking to appoint a customer support service person, mainly for weekends, but also to cover for our full-time Customer Support Server when on holiday. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience of working in a care home sector or similar environment will be desirable. The successful applicant will be entitled to 20 days holidays and 8 bank holidays pro-rata. Basic working hours are 10 am to 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays. The successful applicant will be expected to attend all mandatory training, and all other relevant training to enable them to perform their duties competently. The position also offers career development opportunities. The successful applicant, will receive a rate of pay £ 8.20 per hour. There is also available our workplace pension scheme.
