Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Braintree, Essex
A multi-disciplinary Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to expand their Essex, Braintree office by appointing an enthusiastic and bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has the ambition to achieve MRICS.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall provide a range of pre and post contract services whilst assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on challenging and exciting commercial, leisure, and residential schemes.
After 3-6 months, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will begin running smaller projects valuing between GBP0.5 - GBP5million whilst always having the support of a Senior, or Associate Quantity Surveyor where needed.
The consultancy will also provide the Quantity Surveyor will tailored APC support as well as CPD training and career progression.
Package:
* GBP22,000 - GBP26,000
* 25 days annual leave
