Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Nursery Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and work in a local School in the North Shields area. The successful applicant will be required to work part-time, 5 mornings per week and have flexibility in the work place as extra work in the afternoons may be needed. This position will begin after February half-term and run until the end of the academic year.
The successful Teacher will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to confidently support children of various age ranges. Current DBS on the update service is beneficial due to start date.
To be considered for the position of Nursery Teacher you must:
* Have Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent (not suitable for NQTs)
* Have recent class teaching experience within Nursery/Year 2
* Sound knowledge of the curriculum and a proven track record for raising attainment
* Strong behaviour management
* Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School staff
