I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Building Services located in Coleshill.
They are seeking a Credit Controller / Accounts Assistance to join their team.
Your duties would mainly consist of the following, but are not exhausted to:
Purchase ledger-
Checking material invoices
Inputting details into the purchase order system
Inputting invoices onto Sage.
Dealing with queries
Checking subcontractor invoices
Creating and sending CIS statements
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Sales ledger-
Checking invoices
Inputting invoices onto Sage.
Dealing with queries
Liaising with customers
Administration duties / General Office Duties-
Filing / Archiving
Updating details
Verifying subcontractors
Reception duties - answering the telephone, meeting & greeting visitors, etc.
Ideally the successful candidate will have proven experience in the same environment for a minimum of two years and are computer literate and competent in the use of Sage Line 50.
My client is currently integrating an estimating and procurement software - Cypher; knowledge of this software package would be an advantage.
Salary offered up to £20,000 depending on experience
