Business development manager required for our very successful property company. The company specialise in working with house builders and therefore in your role as business development manager you must possess previous experience of working with house builders. As business development manager, you will be developing business with new and existing contacts where the ultimate priority is representing the company in the highest light.
To be successful for this opportunity must possess experience of working with house builders in the UK, have excellent communication skills, be well presented and able to work on your own initiative and happy to travel in the UK.

- Maintain and build strong working relationships
- Travelling south of England, East to West and up as far as Birmingham
The Person
- Strong, proven experience working with house builders preferably at a senior level
- Outgoing, confident person
- Able to speak with people of all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Motivated and driven
- Able to work to deadlines and on own initiative
