Internal Sales Coordinator - Coffee Sales
Responsible for assisting in the development and coordination of the internal sales function.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customer accounts, including outbound call activity to existing customers.
Support area sales managers in respect of their customer daily requirements and achievement of sales targets.
Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
Gathering market and customer information relating to account forecasting
Receiving and processing of sales orders and filing of documentation
Key skills and experience required:
Office based customer service experience is essential with outbound call / order capture experience (existing customers – not cold calling)
Excellent communication and telephone skills with a strong customer focus
Strong organisation, numeracy and literacy skills
Strong desire to deliver outstanding service levels and work to company sales plan.
Candidates must have good PC skills – Microsoft Office
Experience using a CRM system would be an advantage but not essential.
This is a full-time role (30 Hours) we have flexibility around the hours of work, however they are anticipated at Mon – Fri 10:00am – 4:00pm
Rate of pay £9.00 per hour.
