Contracts Planner (Fixed Term)

We currently have a great opportunity for a Contracts Planner to join our Property Care Team in Poole on a 12 month fixed term basis.

You'll work as part of a team responsible for programming repairs and maintenance works to fit with the diaries of our trade staff, contractors and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY DUTIES:

• Receiving work orders from residents and customers
• Scheduling the work diaries for a number of trade staff completing repairs and maintenance works for residents/clients
• Liaise with trade staff and other repairs staff to ensure all appointment targets are met
• Liaise with residents/clients regarding their scheduled repair and maintenance works

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in administration and customer focused roles.

You'll have have experience of working with a variety of computer packages and be able to demonstrate an understanding of building maintenance terminology. Experience within a planned or reactive maintenance business may be an advantage.
