My client is an award winning Legal 500 firm based in Cheshire now looking to recruit for an additional Senior Residential Property Solicitor due to increased demands and growth of the team. The team has more than enough work to feed an additional Residential Property Solicitor however they are looking for someone who has the apptitude for buisness development and leadership in order to take this capable team to the next level. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will not only be required to generate new work but also to manage a busy caseload of their own whilst managing, mentoring and training more junior members of the team. Applications are invited from Residential Property Solicitors with at least 5 years pqe handling complex transactions, frequently advising HNW clients.
