About the Role
Website Updates
We update our UK & International sites on a regular basis and with over 70 countries to work through this is a challenge in itself. These regular updates provide the perfect opportunity to test your planning and organisational skills in order to successfully complete each rollout.
Projects
Trading in over 70 countries gives us a wide range of customers to appeal to. We are always looking for new ways to reach out to our customers and provide them with the best shopping experience possible. There are a lot of interesting and exciting projects currently on the plan. Your skills and expertise will help deliver these projects in a timely manner to continue to grow our brand.
Seasonal Activities
Our seasonal updates provide the foundation of our websites and are the key milestones we work towards each season. Our aim is to make each update better than the last and to push the boundaries wherever possible in order to grow our customer base as well as continuing to appeal to our existing customers.
About you
• Proven experience in managing a team of people.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, XML, javascript, content management systems and website development processes.
• Previous project management experience.
• Genuine interest in retail and product.
• Have the ability to interpret data and communicate this confidently, clearly and concisely.
• To be able to resolve problems proactively and quickly using initiative.
• Be flexible and able to act quickly within a busy department and business environment.
• Have high motivation and be able to demonstrate resilience when working under pressure, displaying a calm and rational approach to the task in hand.
• Have a clear understanding of website content and best practice.
• Have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while setting and meeting deadlines.
• Have excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with colleagues throughout the business.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining excellent working relationships with people in a wide variety of functional areas.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
