Your new role
As the HR Data Administrator, you will be working within the HR team, supporting the HR Director in collating, analysing and presenting back data which outlines the progress against HR activities. You will be ultimately responsible for the upkeep of the HR system (Oracle), producing meaningful reports and data whilst ensuring that any changes are reported correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
Having gained at least 2 years of experience of working within a HR function, you will be reviewed for the HR Data Administrator job. You must have gained the experience of working with private and sensitive information and ideally you'll have experience of using Oracle.
What you'll get in return
As the HR Data Administrator, you will be paid an annual salary of up to GBP32,000. In addition to this, you will be entitled to a wide range of company benefits.
