ArtisHR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor for an international organisation providing external advice, great opportunity to gain exposure internationally. This is a permanent full time role paying GBP23-26,000 pa.

Title: HR Advisor
Job purpose: The team helps clients identify and address complex international issues related to employment law, local HR and a host of related areas. Additionally, the position of Associate will support the HR Consultants to provide a full range of tailored HR Solutions. As with all roles within the HR Advisory team, the Associate will work diligently to ensure high quality services are delivered by the HR Advisory team.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

HR Advisory
*Work with, and support, Consultants with client matters in need of resolution.
*Provide administrative support for drafting of bespoke employment contracts, letters, HR policies and procedures in conjunction with the HR Advisory offshore administration team and any ad-hoc employment law questions falling within the employee lifecycle.
*Follow documented HR Advisory processes & protocol to ensure delivery of HR Advisory services to clients.
*Providing commercially focussed, pragmatic guidance and support to clients on basic HR related, international issues.
*Using in-house resources to research the client's query or using affiliates when the solution cannot be found in-house.
*Recognize link sell opportunities for HR Advisory and other Advisory Line of Services.
*Set timescale expectations with the Consultant/client, and chase affiliate to ensure timescales are achieved, noting the 24-hour client response time.
*Provide updates to Consultants /other key stakeholders on work status, where relevant.
*Ensure individual targets are met for billable hours, revenue, and profitability.
*Provide guidance and support to HR Associates.
*Identify and feedback any inefficiencies with processes and make suggestions for resolution.
*Support the team with the creation and maintenance of the product library of template documents.
*Ensure own learning and skills attainment is appropriate to meet requirements of role. Seek to address any identified knowledge and skill gaps.
*Keep up-to-date with international HR practices and take personal responsibility for own development.

Key qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience
*The ideal candidate will have previous experience of HR administration.
*An excellent understanding of the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential.
*Outstanding English communication skills (written & spoken) above and beyond the required standard.
*Confident when speaking with clients on the telephone.
*Able to communicate directly with internal/external teams in an appropriate manner as required.
*Experience of administrative systems.
