Broker Sales Executive
Salary: GBP18k + uncapped OTE
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

I have great pleasure in supporting my highly reputable client in the recruitment of a Broker Sales executive to join their expanding organisation based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

* Contact potential and existing customers
* Outbound B2B calls
* Answering queries about the product and company
* Fact finding and asking appropriate questions to determine customer need
* Direct prospects to the field sales team as required
* Update the CRM accurately
* Manage a pipeline of sales
* Close sales
* Work to sales targets

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven telephone sales background in either B2B or B2C
* Enthusiastic and driven
* Consultative sales approach
* Strong telephone manner and communication skills
* Ideally have worked within a regulated environment however it is not a deal breaker
* Natural rapport builder
