Salary: Up to £19,237.50 per annum (starting salary subject to qualifications and experience)

12 Month Fixed Term Contract - 36.25 per week, Monday to Friday is currently advertising for an HR Shared Services Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Boston

The HR Department is looking for an enthusiastic HR Shared Services Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis to support the HR Shared Services Team.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Either experience or a desire to start a career in Human Resources
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and good working knowledge of Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Efficient and well-organised with good administration and planning skills
  • Act with professionalism, discretion and sensitivity
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude
