In 2015 they started a trade counter and now have the resources to sell these spare parts and accessories not only in UK but all over the world as per customer requirements by providing quality customer service and by maintaining the standard of this industry.
The Role:
You will be taking a high volume of calls from our trade and retail customers who want to place an order or need quotes on our product range.
You must use your skills, parts knowledge and customer relationship ability to:
- Analysing car parts and development.
- Dealing with customers and their orders.
- Close the deal on quotes so that customers do not go anywhere else.
- Up sell orders to increase sales while ensuring the customer gets value for money.
- Promote special offers and brand pushes.
- Answering customer calls and queries.
- Generating sales invoice.
- Make outbound calls to your customers to generate sales and check their needs.
