Are You A Passionate Payroll Professional?

What we do at Linc-Cymru….

Linc is a Registered Social Landlord and we are incredibly proud of the high quality homes, community support, care and nursing services we provide.

We provide affordable homes for more than 10,000 people with more houses in the pipeline and we support our tenants and residents to create happy, rewarding and safe communities.

Our amazingly dedicated nursing and care staff have the skills to deliver person centered care to our residents, some of whom may have complex needs, including services for people with dementia.

About the role….

What’s important to us is the passion that makes a Payroll Officer effective; a commitment to delivering a high quality service, a keen attention to detail and a desire to support our employees.

At Linc-Cymru, you will have the opportunity be a key member of a small, but busy payroll team. As an essential requirement, you will bring your previous end to end payroll experience so that you can ‘hit the ground running’.

Experience of the Cascade Payroll System would be advantageous, as would applicants who hold or are working towards a CIPP qualification, however this is not essential.

As you would expect from a Payroll Officer role, duties include:

  • Administering all aspects of the payroll function from end to end, including starters, leavers, statutory payments, salary amendments, overtime, mileage, pensions etc
  • Managing auto-enrolment
  • Processing the payroll each month for approximately 650 staff, producing payslips, P45’s and RTI submissions.
  • Produce monthly financial statistics
  • Completion of regular surveys

We offer an excellent range of benefits, including generous annual leave, pension, and a flexi-time system, full details of Linc’s employment benefits is attached.

This role is advertised as a fixed term contract for a period of 9 to 12 months to provide cover for maternity leave.

The closing date for completed applications is at 23:59 on 20th February.

We look forward to receiving your application!
