I am currently seeking to recruit a Permanent HR Administrator to be based in Holbeach, Near Spalding to support the HR team and work in a varied HR generalist role for a fast paced manufacturing organisation.

Your main duties would be:

1. To provide Admin support to HR team and line managers, in all HR matters, ensuring accuracy of information completed to records and systems in a manner which reflect the company values.
2. To administer systems such as the HR System, ensuring that the systems are kept up to date and the records are accurate, including holiday records.
3. Deal with requests from Line Managers for the company's policies and procedures and understand why the request is being made. Provides the administration for the Policies and Procedures e.g. maternity leave
4. To write reports and provide statistical information as required by the business .g. WTD, Hours worked, DAS, Turnover, Absence, KPIs etc
5. To liaise with Internal/External contacts and provide effective administrative support e.g. local press recruitment, agency labour documentation
6. Administration for the Absence Management Process including occupational health referrals
7. To ensure that all HR related notices e.g. SEF minutes, vacancy list etc are kept up to date.
