We are a leading search marketing agency and we are growing. We are therefore on the lookout for a talented PPC Account Manager to join us on our exciting journey.

The PPC Account Manager Opportunity:

As PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google AdWords, Bing and Facebook, as well as conducting in-depth data analysis and implementing conversion rate tracking.

You will be passionate about PPC and the wider digital marketing sector and will naturally share this knowledge within the team, mentoring more junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate:

+ Know Google AdWords inside and out
+ Experience managing Bing / Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn ads is preferred
+ Experience dealing with Google Analytics and preferably Google Tag Manager
+ Understand conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices
+ Be comfortable manipulating large amounts of data and producing actionable insight
+ Be strongly numerate, literate and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
+ Confident dealing with clients and managing their expectations

Remote working / How it would work:

We want to work with the very best; which means not limiting our search for talent by geography. Through weekly team video calls and daily calls with the rest of the team, we will ensure you are a central part of the agency.

During a 3 month probation, there is a requirement for you to be present in the office for two (back to back) days every two weeks to allow for internal training and onboarding. Once you have passed probation, this requirement reduces to two (back to back) days in the office per month to facilitate client meetings.

Travel and boarding costs will be covered on every occasion.

Phone call and then face to face interview at our Hertfordshire office, which will include a task.
