We have an opportunity for an EHS professional to work as part of the Northern Region EHS&Q team. The role will be based out of the Cadishead or Widnes site in the UK, with expectations of occasional travel to support other UK&I sites as required.

Regional Health & Safety Manager Key Responsibilities and T asks:

You will help drive EHS standards on Two Upper Tier COMAH/Sevso sites in the North West of England.

The success of this role will be measured by the standard of EHS on the two sites.

The role is very much hands on and will involve working with both the EHS team, the Operations team and Engineering to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and our own high standards.

We Are Looking For:

The successful candidate will be an EHS professional and chemical industry experience, good communication skills, and excellent attention to detail and possess good organisational skills. They must also have a good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Word & Excel.

You will be an EHS Professional with NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in managing safety in high hazard organisations. Knowledge of COMAH, DSEAR and storage, filling and transportation of chemicals is highly desirable.
