Joining a vibrant global business that is leading the way in a new and upcoming market sector of Consumer Product Customisation. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the core infrastructure for their online Consumer to Manufacture Customisation service. You will also be supporting and installing their offline in store Kiosk solutions on behalf of our customers.

There may be requirements for local and international travel and working outside your normal hours to support their local and international partners and requirement to be part of an on call rota.

Key Responsibilities

- The installation, Configuration, operation, provisioning and maintenance of their applications, services and infrastructure hosted in Azure and locally
- The installation, configuration, support for their applications and services for their clients
- The installation, Configuration, operation, provisioning and maintenance of their development/staging infrastructure
- Working with their Developers to test and deploy updates and new applications and systems
- Designing and running proactive monitoring for all production systems to prevent problems before they occur
- Maintaining regular backups on production systems and servers
- Writing, periodically testing, and restoring data and services to ensure effective procedures.
- Daily System Checks
- Ensuring user access to server and applications environments is tightly controlled
- Helping the business to work towards ISO 27001, GDPR and maintain these standards
- Ensuring systems are regularly patched, access audited and personal information is stored appropriately
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve ways of working, both in your role and in the wider business
- Working with their colleagues around the world to offer 24x7 support to maintain the smooth running of their platform
- Documentation and Change control
- Assisting with Ad-Hoc projects for the business

Required Skills

- IT related Degree or relevant work experience/qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows servers and network equipment
- Good working knowledge and experience with Azure
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Desire to learn new skills, systems and applications
- Strong communication skills and effectively explain technical issues
- MS SQL administration
- IIS Web administration
