LOROS Enterprises Limited is the trading subsidiary of LOROS and is responsible for running the Charity's shops which provide an important source of income to the Charity, this role will further improve the income needed to care for the patients at the Hospice.
Distribution Centre Manager
37.5 hours per week
Circa £16,500 per annum
You will be responsible for recruiting and training volunteers in all aspects of sorting donated items, some of which will be heavy, and in assisting donators both over the telephone and face to face. Duties will also include ensuring the gift aid process is carried out, maintaining the stock system, checking invoices and actioning store requests.
Excellent communication and customer care skills are essential as is previous experience of working in a retail/warehouse environment. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and familiar with the use of databases.
