What will I be doing? 

As a 1st Line Customer Support Administrator, you’ll provide support to users of our client’s medical technology. 

Reporting to the Technical Service Manager, you will:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers 
- Clarify customers’ enquiries and strive to resolve any issues as soon as possible 
- Analyse, diagnose and resolve customers’ product issues 
- Escalate customers’ enquiries to the 2nd Level Support Team if required 

Sounds great? What do I need? 

- Previous call centre and/or service desk experience 
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel 
- Excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner 
- To be a self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service 
- A highly organised approach

An understanding of medical technology would be beneficial, but this isn’t essential. 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates with experience as a Service Desk Technician, 1st Line Support Technician, Call Centre Agent, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Rep, Customer Care Executive or Customer Support Administrator. 

Other companies may call this role 1st Line Support Analyst, Customer Support Advisor, Technical Support Advisor, Product Support Advisor or IT Support Technician. 

This is a full time role, working 8:00 – 16:45, Monday – Thursday and 8:00 - 13:00 on Fridays.
