Interim Site HR Manager - GBP35-38k - 15 month FTC - Tamworth
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful distribution business to support a site operation at Tamworth with travel to other satellite sites.
You will be supporting a workforce of c350 employees which are predominantly warehouse operatives and drivers with a small management team.
Key challenges include supporting the new Leadership team; embedding a new business model; supporting a Change programme; leading a site based Engagement project.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within distribution, manufacturing or hospitality sectors with a blue and white collar workforce.
Other requirements are - the role has a regional element, so the flexibility to travel is essential; a team player; self sufficient with an ability to challenge in a positive manner; and be able to deal with ambiguity.
