Customer Service Representative

This is a great opportunity to join a global banking organisation based in the heart of the City. You will need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern and this will also include either a Saturday or Sunday each week.


You'll become the first point of support for our customers in one of our telephony teams
This is your chance to help us banking simpler, more responsive and personal. Whether it's carrying out day-to-day banking transactions, like paying bills or transferring funds abroad, or offering customers products and services that are right for them, you'll be on the other end of the phone to help.

You'll need to be passionate about excelling in customer service and building relationships, and you'll combine this with:
Great listening skills
Lots of empathy
The determination to go the extra mile for customers every day to provide that truly personal service
Resolving the complex problems won't faze you as you'll have built a fantastic knowledge of our products and services to help answer any number customer queries.


There is a proper structured training programme which will help you to progress your career.

All successful candidates will have to undertake a credit check as this is a financial service regulated organisation

Salary starts at £14,420, which rises after your first year and there will be increases for every additional skill that you gain while you are there. It's a great opportunity to get some great experience within the banking industry and progress your career
