HEAD OF RELIGIOUS EDUCATION – MPS/UPS

Required for September 2018 we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated leader to lead our RE department.   We are looking to recruit a passionate individual who is both committed to excellent teaching and learning, and to inspiring young people to achieve. 

The successful candidate should be suitably qualified to teach Religious Education in KS3 and GCSE, along with Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural education and aspects of Personal, Health and Sex Education.  They should also have the potential to teach A level.

The Academy has recently been inspected by both SIAMS and OFSTED and received Good in both inspections.  The Academy has a dynamic leadership team across both senior and middle leaders, and professional development opportunities for all our staff.
