Head Caretaker - Brentwood
Are you looking to run a flagship, residential estate in Brentwood, comprising of conversion and new build properties set within magnificent formal gardens?
Are you a personable, customer focused individual with experience in maintaining properties as a Head Caretaker, Concierge or Building Manager or working in a high-end hotel/restaurant and looking to advance your career with a move in to the residential property sector?
We are looking for someone with experience in team management, general maintenance and customer service, along with experience of managing contractors.
Salary - £23,000 - £27,000, depending on experience
Working hours - Alternating shifts of either 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm or 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday
