Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Credit Control Supervisor to join one of our top clients based on the outskirts of Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a growing and progressive team.

The Role:
* Supporting and developing the Credit Team.
* Responsible for daily review of sales reports and ensuring the accuracy of all associated rebate and profit calculations
* Processing weekly reports for the directors
* Credit rating new accounts and setting up
* Credit control of their own ledger plus overseeing/assisting/reporting on all other accounts
* Weekly sales and sales ledger reconciliations
* Banking/transferring sales invoices, daily exchange rates distributed, statements/overseen
* Managing payment runs
* Investigating and improving processes.
* Liaising with all departments.
* Monitoring compliance, credit policies and processes.
* Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
* Resolving internal and external queries
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous supervising experience
* Excellent Excel skills
* Strong management experience
* Organised and high attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and work independently
* Confident and forward thinking
* Good verbal and written communication skills
