A large after school franchise within primary school is currently looking for a lead Playworker to join the vibrant and friendly team at one of the popular schools in the Cheshunt area.
This position is to work from 2.30pm until 6.00pm Monday to Friday paying from GBP9.00- GBP10.00 an hour term time only. We are looking for someone who has the experience within a school, nursery or playschool setting and wants to strive to obtain a career for themselves.
With the recent expansion the after school club requires an individual to assist and manage a team to ensure a successful run of the club.

A friendly and growing after school club based in Cheshunt is currently looking for a Team Leader to join their team.
This is a Term time only position, however options to work during holiday time may be available.
You will be provided with free training, pay reviews and personal development plans. There is free parking available and also local buses.

This is for Primary school aged children, main duties include:
Supervise and assist children in programme activities e.g. art and craft, sport, games, offsite visits and excursion
Help to set up the club for the day's activities and to tidy away after the children have left
Aid in the preparation of a daily snack and in the tidy-up after
Take on Key Worker status for specific children in the Early Year age bracket and help plan and report on their development along the 7 areas outlined in the EYFS
Ensure the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the Programme at all times
Assist with the planning for the services when necessary, including the weekly programmes and holiday programmes
Attend all meetings as required by management and maintain regular contact with the Programme Manager
Be available to cover additional hours to cover sickness/annual leave in a number of locations
Ideal Candidate
Able to commute to Cheshunt
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience working within an education or after school/play club setting
Able to start asap
