Credit Controller

A new role has arisen within this well established financial services business for a Recovery Handler. Reporting to the Recovery Manager the duties will include responsibility for managing a portfolio of claims, reconciliations and maintenance of accounts, liaising with external agents re settlement limits, processing write-off credit notes and resolving queries. The successful candidate must hold strong collections experience and have a confident telephone manner, with the ability to work within a busy team environment working to deadlines. This role is being offered on a six month contract basis
