Our client, which is a fast growing leader in their field, are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their thriving head office finance department.
The Assistant Accountant role reports to the Group Financial Controller and the duties include:
Assisting in the preparation of weekly accounts
Monthly management accounts for multiple divisions.
Bank reconciliations
Providing support to purchase ledger and credit control.
The candidate who would be best suited to the Assistant Accountant job will be AAT qualified/ACCA, ACA or CIMA part qualified, have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, be a confident communicator and able to work in a busy team environment. Previous experience working within an accounting practice is essential
