This clinic is seeking an experience Dental Receptionist to join the family and that could be you!
To be considered you will need the following:
- 2 years dental reception experience
- Experience of software of excellence (SOE) this would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Delivering 5 star customer service within a dental practice
Duties:
Dealing with patients over the phone and face to face
General administration duties
Answering all incoming calls
Booking in new patients
Building relationships with excising patients
Transferring all calls to the correct department
Hours:
Shift Pattern basis - shift rota will be given in advance
Monday to Friday 8-6
Tuesdays and Thursdays 11-8/12-9
2 Saturdays are required per month 9AM-4PM
