Our client supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. They are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for their efficiency and customer service.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Network Analyst / Network Services Intern to join their team in Redhill. They are looking for either a University secondment placement candidate or an A-Level/University leaver wishing to gain vital experience in the Water industry.

Their Ideal candidate will have office experience and experience of working in a customer service environment, full training will be given to right candidate. You will perform various office administration duties combined with gaining experience of water efficiency within a busy water networks team.

For University year industry placements they will provide project work to provide material for an Engineering or Environmental thesis/dissertation.

You will learn a lot in regard to the industry; Water Resources Management, Climate Change Analysis, Environmental Impact Analysis, Network Water Services such as leakage, conveyancing, meter applications, repair and maintenance work and new build properties. Utilising your excellent customer service skills you will be in regular contact with customer by email and phone and further to this you will perform water efficiency work with their partners and Water Resources team.

They’d like you to hold 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including Mathematics and English Language), or equivalent and be computer literate. You will be a fast learner with a good ability to manage your own workload, along with excellent written / verbal communication skills. Experience of water networks, conveyancing, TMA issues, leakage or Data analysis would be a distinct advantage.
