Job Title: Support Worker

Location: Warwickshire (Rugby, Lemington Spa and Stratford Upon Avon)

Salary (pro rata): £16,701 to £18,747

Total hours per week: Full Time, Part Time and Bank Hours

Our four CQC registered care homes in Warwickshire provide 24/7 support, assisting service users with activities of their choice and daily living skills. We believe in recovery and the involvement of individuals in the management of their own condition. This means offering a stable home life, either long or short term, for those that need our help.

As a Support Worker you will also develop recovery plans and provide one-to-one key worker support, working with partnership services. Experience in a similar role or in life is preferable but not essential as a full induction and training will be provided.

The right attitude however is crucial, demonstrating our core values of hope, understanding, expertise, commitment, passion and openness. You will be a great relationship builder willing to work directly with people who use the service and our stakeholders. You should also be enthusiastic with good communication skills, sound organisation and IT skills and the ability to keep records both accurately and concisely.

The post holder must be able to work flexibly as part of a 24/7 rota including nights, weekends and sleep ins.
