I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join a leading Construction, Main Contractor based in Stratford. This role is to work within commercial sector within the Student Accommodation arm of the business. The Successful Site Manager will be working alongside the Project Manager and monitoring the working programme and managing subcontractors. The Site Manager will communicate with subcontractors ensuring project requirements are met whilst reviewing site wastage and reviewing H&S procedures.
The Site Manager who is successful for this role should have experience of working at a Site Manager level, the suitable person for this role should possess strong negotiation skills. This role requires a Site Manager who has previous experience of working on large, high rise projects ideally and a strong work history.

Site Manager (Stratford) Position Overview
* Working on Student Accommodation projects, covering large, high rise buildings
* Reviewing site wastage and health and safety procedures
* Monitoring the working programme
* Communicate with Sub-contractors
* Ensure the project is completed safely and on time
* Based on Site in Stratford.
Site Manager (Stratford) Position Requirements
* Experience within the Construction industry ideally
* Previous experience with working on high rise buildings
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
* Living in or close to Stratford
* Flexible with travel
* Excellent team player
