Roof Truss / Timber Frame Designer
We are currently recruiting for a Roof Truss / Timber Frame Designer to join a leading, award winning company based in South Derbyshire. This opportunity offers an experienced or senior designer to join the company in this exciting role which will initially focus on developing one of the company's products which revolutionises the roofing industry.
The successful Roof Truss / Timber Frame designer should be experienced in the use of software packages CAD, HSBCAD or Solidworks, candidates should al hold relevant industry experience within the Construction industry and be qualified within the Construction industry to an appropriate level. It would be highly advantageous if the Roof Truss / Timber Frame Designer had a background in timber frames, truss or steel frames however this is not essential.

Roof Truss / Timber Frame Designer Position Overview
* Developing the product which is a panelised solution within the roofing sector
* Designing using AutoCAD, HSBCAD, Solidworks.
* Developing the product within the company
* Liaising with other department when necessary.
* Sticking to company set guidelines and health and safety regulations.
Roof Truss / Timber Frame Designer Position Requirements
* Experience with Roof Truss / Timber Frame Design is desirable
* Experience of CAD, HSB CAD or Solidworks
* Previous experience within steel frames would be advantageous
* Work experience of the Construction sector
* Construction related qualification is essential for this role.
