Syncro Fire & Security provides bespoke fire and security solutions to commercial and industrial business throughout the UK. We are seeking to recruit a full time Project Administrator. This role is based at our offices in Golborne.

The successful candidate will report into the Operations Manager and will be responsible for all administration tasks supporting the Project Managers and Engineering personnel. The main duties of this role will include raising purchase orders, processing timesheets, liaising with customers, engineers, and supply chain, processing health & safety information, creating project files and ensuring filing is up to date and basic office duties like answering the telephone and directing calls.

The successful candidate will be comfortable in a busy yet friendly environment, be familiar with communication on all levels both written and verbal and have previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in a similar role and use of Sage line 50 is desirable but is not essential.
