The school are looking for an enthusiastic senior teacher looking for more responsibility or an existing creative EYFS Phase Leader who has accomplished all they can in their previous role who can show a positive, mental attitude. This post requires an experienced teacher who has the skills to use their knowledge and experience to overcome any potential challenges, learning from new situations and adding to their skills and abilities.
About the Role
This EYFS Phase Leader role involves you managing the development of the EYFS stage as a whole and you will be making the most of the resources in your classroom. You will be managing the phase's resources and making sure your team have everything they need to teach to the best of their ability while still managing the budget effectively. The primary focus will be a review of schemes of work and developing agreed improvements. This is a well-resourced school, so you can expect to experience a working with a whole host of teaching tools which include Soft play areas. This EYFS Phase Leader position involves becoming part of a successful school as a middle manager will include weekly meetings with the SLT to make sure progress is being made.
