We are looking for someone to assist the castle staff with the cleaning of all the public areas within Raby Castle for 3 mornings per week during the season, which runs from the 24th March until 30th September.
We are looking for someone with a strong team ethic, a willingness to get "stuck in", honesty and integrity. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the public areas to the highest standard
- Assisting the Castle Custodians with the cleaning of the private areas as required
- Cleaning and maintaining the public toilets within the castle to a very high standard
- Reporting any maintenance issues promptly
- Complying with Health and Safety policies and adhering to COSHH regulations
This list is not exhaustive, and you will be required to carry out any other reasonable tasks arising from time to time.
