HR Assistant (Interim) - Barnet - 3 months

ARE YOU AN IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE HR ASSISTANT?

Our client is a commercial organisation that has an immediate need for a HR Assistant to join the team for approximately 3 months. Reporting into the HR Business Partner and working alongside the HR Advisor you will have experience of working in a similar position. Duties and Responsibilities will include:-

- Maintenance of the HR Information Systems, entering all employee information
- Starters, leavers, contracts
- Cross checking information
- Monthly payroll tasks
- General office administration
- Provide guidance and confidential advice service (desirable)

You will need the following experience:-

- Confidential and professional approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise
- Work to strict deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of broad range of ER issues (desirable)
